Fabiola Guerrero, the visionary CEO and Founder of Rhoslyn Florist Franchise, was born and raised in Ambato, Ecuador, famously known as the "Capital of Flowers." Growing up surrounded by vibrant blooms and breathtaking landscapes, Fabiola developed a deep passion for flowers from an early age. Her love for nature's beauty inspired her lifelong dream of sharing the elegance and artistry of Ecuadorian flowers with the world. Driven by determination and ambition, she pursued her American dream of creating the first Latino-owned floristería (flower shop) franchise in the nation. Today, Fabiola's Rhoslyn Florist Franchise represents not just her entrepreneurial spirit but also her commitment to celebrating Latino heritage and redefining the floral industry with authenticity and excellence.

Our Company Name Comes From the Beautiful Rhoslyn Roses of Ecuador

To keep our founder heritage, we adopted our company name from the Rhoslyn Roses from Ambato, Ecuador, which are a true masterpiece of nature, embodying elegance, delicacy, and vibrant charm.
